IP Law (criminal), ‘know-how’ and ‘made in Italy’ protection
Admitted at the Bar of Milan in 2006, as Italian lawyer.
Since 2003 she provides assistance on IP criminal Law and anti-counterfeiting.
She outlines strategies for well-known Italian and foreigner companies on criminal judicial and extra-judicial initiatives, with specific regard to the safeguard of trademarks, patents, designs, trade secrets and copyright.
She cooperates with the Finance Police and Customs due to the prosecution of the crimes pertaining to IP rights infringement.
She provides advisory activity to Entities and Trade Associations on the topics of ‘made in Italy’ and on the trade secrets
She takes part, as lecturer, to training events for Customs officers and she attends to many lectures on the topics of Intellectual Property rights.
She is member of LES – Licensing Executives Society Italia.
