Admitted at the Bar of Milan in 1994, as Italian lawyer.
Admitted to the Italian Supreme Court of  (Corte di Cassazione) in 2007.

Cooperates with Finance Police and Customs for the training programs of the Officers for the criminal prosecution on the topics of ‘Made in Italy’ and of IP rights.

Has cooperated, in his quality of European Expert in Criminal Enforcement, with the European Patent Office and with the European Patent Academy for the programs of international cooperation.

He has attended, as teacher, at Politecnico of Milan for the masters on the training of the trademark’s and patent’s attorneys

He is lecturer for the training programs for ICE experts (today ITA/ICE – Agency for the promotion abroad and internationalization of the Italian enterprises).

In 2010 he has been appointed as IP expert by EPO, as by the publication of the European Patent Network.

He is lecturer for the courses at Politecnico of Milan for the training of patent’s and trademark’s attorneys on the topics of ‘Criminal Enforcement of IP rights. Criminal proceedings and Customs procedures of notice and petition aimed to suspension of goods suspected to infringe IP rights’.

During 2011 he has been appointed as expert of the Committee of  Italian Parliament, at the Italian Chamber of Deputies, for investigating on the phenomenon of counterfeiting and commercial piracy, and he has attended the works until February 2013.   

He cooperates, since 2011, with the International School of Ethics and Security, as lecturer on the topics of criminal protection of the intangible assets (IP rights and know-how).

Since 2014 cooperates with the Chamber of Commerce of Torino for all the programs  and seminars on the protection of IP rights.

He is Vice President of LES – Licensing Executives Society Italia.

He is permanent member of the Board of Indicam – Italian Association for anticounterfeiting
